02 Acceptance of the terms
Accessing and using the website means that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update the terms at any time, and the current version will be published on this page.
03 Nature of the information provided
The information on this website is of a general and informational nature. Any quote prepared on the basis of a request and photos submitted through the site is indicative and subject to confirmation after a physical inspection of the vehicle. The final price, scope of repair and timeline are determined and confirmed in writing when the vehicle is left at the shop.
04 Services offered
We offer the following services, described in detail in the "Services" section of the website:
- Repainting and professional paint preparation.
- Paintless dent repair (PDR).
- Panel and mechanical services.
- Oil and filter changes.
- Full wash and detailing before handover.
- Comprehensive, third-party liability and private-order work.
05 Quote requests and photo uploads
- Submitting the quick-quote form constitutes a request for an indicative estimate, not a binding offer or a repair contract.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and photos you submit, and for having the right to share them with us.
- We may contact you by phone, email or Viber regarding your request.
- The quick-quote form is intended for private orders. For repairs under an insurance claim, please contact us by phone so we can coordinate the process with your insurer.
06 Vehicle drop-off and collection
When leaving your vehicle for repair, you must have the legal right to dispose of it and a valid registration. We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Parking on the shop premises is subject to the conditions posted on site, unless otherwise agreed.
07 Pricing and payment
The final price is communicated in a written quote after the vehicle has been inspected. Payment is due on collection of the vehicle, unless otherwise agreed. For repairs under an insurance claim, payment terms follow the arrangement between you, us and the insurer. We reserve the right to request an advance payment for parts ordered specifically for your repair.
08 Warranty
We provide a commercial guarantee of 1 (one) year on the quality of the paint and bodywork we carry out. The period runs from the date the vehicle is handed back. The guarantee applies to private orders and to repairs under an insurance claim alike.
The guarantee covers:
- peeling and flaking of the paint (loss of adhesion to the surface);
- blistering under the clear coat caused by preparation or by contamination during painting;
- cracking, premature loss of gloss or fading within the guarantee period.
The guarantee does not cover:
- new damage after handover — stone chips, scratches, knocks and road accidents;
- the effects of improper washing — high-pressure washing at close range, aggressive chemicals, or a brush car wash too soon after painting;
- corrosive contamination left on the paint for a prolonged period — bird droppings, tree sap or road salt;
- work carried out on the same panel by another shop after our repair;
- normal wear and tear.
The guarantee is held by the customer the repair was carried out for and does not transfer if the car is sold. Where a claim is upheld, we remedy the defect free of charge, including any preparation and repainting required. To make a claim, contact us so we can arrange an inspection of the vehicle.
This commercial guarantee is in addition to, and does not restrict, the consumer's statutory rights under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.
