If your question isn't here, give us a call — we answer them over the phone too.
There is no single price, because every case differs — the size and depth of the damage, whether the metal is deformed, the type of colour (solid, metallic or pearl), and whether neighbouring panels need blending for the shade to match. That is why we do not quote over the phone: a figure given without seeing the car is almost always wrong. Send 3–4 photos through the quote form and you will get an indicative estimate free of charge. The final price is confirmed in writing after the car has been inspected.
It depends on the scope. A single panel repaint normally takes less than a full post-accident rebuild, where parts delivery also has to be waited for. The timeframe is agreed together with the quote, so you know what to expect before leaving the car. With insurance repairs, what usually causes delay is not the repair itself but the approval from the insurer — which is why we start coordinating immediately.
Yes. We work with the leading insurance companies in Bulgaria and coordinate approval directly with them, rather than sending you back and forth between offices. For an insurance repair, please call rather than using the quick-quote form — that way we collect what the claim needs from the outset. Have your claim number, the policy and the accident document ready.
Yes, for private orders. Upload the photos through the form on the site — the most useful set is 3–4 shots in daylight: one overall view of the car, one close-up of the damage, and one at an angle so the depth is visible. An estimate from photos is indicative, meant to tell you the order of the price and the approach; it is not a binding offer. The exact price is set after an inspection on site.
Often yes. If the paint is intact — no cracks and no scratches down to the metal — and the dent has a smooth edge, we can usually handle it with paintless dent repair (PDR). The car keeps its factory finish, which matters on newer cars and at resale. If the paint is broken or the metal is creased, a repaint is needed. The difference is explained in detail in our article "Repainting or paintless dent repair".
This is the core of a good paint job. The manufacturer's colour code is only a starting point — the same code looks different on a car that is a few years old, because the paint has been exposed to sun and washing. So we measure the colour on the car itself with a spectrophotometer, mix to the resulting recipe, and prepare a test card that we compare in daylight before touching the vehicle. With metallics and pearls we also judge how the flakes reflect at different angles.
Yes — a written 1-year warranty on the painting and bodywork we carry out, valid for private orders and insurance repairs alike. It covers peeling and flaking, blistering under the clear coat, cracking and premature loss of gloss. It does not cover new damage after handover (stone chips, scratches, accidents), the effects of improper washing or of corrosive contamination left on the paint, or work done on the same panel by another shop. The details are in the Warranty section of this site and in our Terms.
Yes. We have a large secure car park on site where the vehicle can stay for the duration of the repair. Before leaving it, take your personal belongings and documents out of the cabin and boot — we are not responsible for items left in the car. We also recommend photographing the car on the day you drop it off; that is in both parties' interest.
Call us or send photos of the damage — we will tell you what applies in your case.
